Biography:
The Reverend was born in a Oldsmobile Roadster up on cinder blocks on the outskirts of Akron, Ohio. After working the Ohio Canal Medicine Show Circuit for several years he was coerced into the ministry by an ill-conceived poker bet. After several "end-of-the-world" predictions proved untrue (but very profitable), he made his way to New York City where he lives a quiet, ascetic life of spiritual study, song writing and varied acquiescence to almost constant temptation.
